One very Late night, driving through torrential rains, towards Chesterfield, MI, we purchased an overnight parking reservation for the Erie, PA, Pilot/Flying J truck stop which was still several hours away.
As we pulled onto their lot, we were met with an unwelcome predicament and poor attitudes from their staff. I don't usually write letters to CEOs or post negative reviews on social media. However, on this particular night, I was convinced otherwise. Here is a copy of that letter:
